How it works
Enter one label per line. Blank lines leave blank positions, and unused positions stay empty. Enable Repeat first label to fill the sheet with the first entry. Labels flow left to right, then top to bottom. Text wraps into up to four lines and is shortened when it cannot fit. Dashed outlines show cutting boundaries. This tool does not claim alignment with commercial pre-cut adhesive label products.
Example
The default 3 columns and 8 rows make 24 label positions. A 2 mm gap separates each row and column. Print a test sheet on plain paper and inspect every label. If text is shortened, use fewer columns, fewer rows or a shorter entry before making copies.
Page settings
The on-screen sheet is scaled to fit the preview panel. It is not a physical ruler. Choose the same paper size in your printer dialog, select 100% or Actual size, and disable browser headers and footers. Scaling to fit may change grid spacing and label alignment. Printer hardware may have its own unprintable area, so test one page before making copies. SVG downloads preserve the declared width and height in millimetres; an application importing the file must honor those units. Ink-saving mode lightens the guides without adding a colored page background.
